Hello and welcome.

As a Functional Nutrition Consultant, I focus on a system-oriented approach to nutrition by building real-food nutrition plans around each person differently since no two people are alike–we all have individual needs.

I address each person as a whole, not just a particular set of symptoms. Nothing is completely independent in our bodies. What we eat affects everything about us: how we feel, look, and function.

I believe in balance. I do not believe in diets, in counting calories, nor in depriving ourselves in order to achieve a quick fix. My goal is to provide each person with the necessary tools and resources in order for them to achieve and maintain optimal health and well-being throughout their lifetime.

I take into account each person's individual needs and specific situations in order to design a sustainable nutrition and lifestyle plan tailored explicitly to them.

We need to nurture our bodies. They are our homes and the only place we will live in for the rest of our lives.

About me

I was born in London from Indian and Colombian parents. I studied Psychology in Colombia and after obtaining my degree, I moved to the U.S. to pursue my passion for nutrition. Before moving to California, I founded a boutique wellness center in Bogotá. I am a foodie. I am obsessed with bananas...mmm, banana bread. I enjoy being outside and getting some free vitamin D. I get my sweat on playing tennis and doing the Lagree-fitness-method pilates. I tend to ramble on when I'm excited.
